How to Register
Getting started with your Self-Serve Banner Ads account.
How do I create a Self-Serve Banner Ads account?
Your account is created automatically when you submit your first campaign request. During the campaign creation process, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once your request is submitted, the system will send a one-time verification code to your email to authenticate your account.
No password required. This platform does not use traditional passwords. For every subsequent login, a new verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Billing & Payments
Budgets, invoices, payment methods, and refunds for banner campaigns.
General Help
For all billing support inquiries, please log a support ticket. All ticket inquiries are responded to within 2 business days.
Can I choose the amount of impressions that I want to purchase?
Yes, but you must set your campaign budget first. The higher your budget, the more impressions your campaign will receive. The number of impressions is automatically calculated and displayed beneath your budget amount.
Is there a minimum and maximum campaign budget?
The minimum campaign budget is $250. The maximum campaign budget is $3,000.
If you'd like to book a campaign above the maximum budget, log a support ticket and choose Custom Campaign in the Campaign ID field. An account manager will contact you.
How will ad blockers affect my campaign?
Campaign impressions are counted only when your banner is visible on a website. Impressions from visitors using ad blockers are not counted against your campaign budget or the target impression total.
Why are campaigns only allowed to be booked for 30 days?
Most small business advertisers prefer the simplicity of 30-day campaigns because they're easy to manage, replicate, and refresh.
When is my credit card charged (and when does my campaign start)?
Your card is authorized when you place the order, but it isn't charged until your banner passes review and the campaign is approved to go live. Review may take up to 2 business days. If your banner is not approved, you won't be charged.
How do I print invoices for my transactions?
When you create a campaign order, your Campaign ID appears on screen with an option to print your transaction details. Save or print this screen (to paper or PDF) for your records.
You'll receive an invoice by email once your campaign is approved and your card is charged. You can also return to the homepage and use Check Status with your Campaign ID to retrieve details. Campaign details can't be retrieved without the ID.
Payment Methods
Only the payment methods listed here are accepted. You are not charged until the creative has been approved to go live.
Accepted payment methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Accepted cards are displayed during checkout.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show GSI Solutions Inc. as the charge descriptor.
I'm receiving an error with my credit card.
If the error isn't directly related to our system, please contact your card provider for resolution. Using an alternate card or payment method often resolves issues more quickly.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Refunds can only be issued before a campaign goes live. Once a campaign launches and begins serving impressions, a refund cannot be issued.
To check status and request a cancellation/refund prior to launch, return to the homepage and click Check Status.
Your card is charged only after the banner is approved (Campaign Approved). Most campaigns go live immediately after approval, though it can take up to 72 hours.
Can a refund be given if all impressions are not served?
No. If impressions can't be delivered within the ad cycle, the Publisher may extend the cycle as needed to complete delivery.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with CTR?
No. We don't offer refunds based on click-through performance due to variables outside our control.
Can I stop my campaign early and receive a refund for unused time?
You may request to stop a campaign early in some cases, but refunds aren't available once a campaign has started. Generally, the latest a campaign can be cancelled successfully is one week before the scheduled end date.
To request an early stop, log a support ticket.
Can I get a refund if my website is flagged for malware?
Yes. While standard refunds cannot be issued once a campaign goes live, an exception is made if your destination URL fails initial compliance scans.
If Google Ad Manager detects website security issues, the campaign is automatically cancelled by administration, and a full refund is processed so you can safely resolve the issues with your web host.
Campaign Management
Statuses, approvals, and visibility.
After booking a campaign, you can check status from the homepage via Check Status. Have your Campaign ID ready (see Billing → General Help → invoices).
Order Placed
Your order is accepted once you've submitted campaign details, banner assets, and your credit card has been authorized.
At this stage, your card is authorized but not charged. This is the only time you may cancel your order.
Ad Approvals
Every ad is manually reviewed by publishers against two criteria: technical and creative.
- Sizes: 300×250, 728×90, 970×250, 300×600
- Format: JPG, GIF, PNG
- File weight: 40 KB or smaller
Creative criteria are documented by publishers (e.g., Kijiji Display Advertising Acceptance Policy). Kijiji and its Publishers may decline any banner campaign at their discretion. Declined campaigns are not charged.
The approval process may take up to 2 business days, typically less than 24 hours. Once approved, track progress from Check Status.
Why was my banner declined without a request for changes?
Publishers may deny an ad without requesting changes. If your ad is not allowed to appear, your card won't be charged.
How long until my ad goes live?
Usually within hours; up to 2 business days.
Why wasn't my ad approved over the weekend?
Weekend submissions may be reviewed the following Monday.
Why was my campaign cancelled due to a Destination URL or Malware error?
All submitted website links are automatically scanned by Google Ad Manager (GAM) prior to launch. To protect our users, our platform cannot host active banner ads pointing to websites flagged with security vulnerabilities, malicious tracking scripts, or malware. If GAM flags your landing page, your campaign will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once you have resolved the security flags on your site, you are welcome to submit a new campaign request.
Campaign days begin only after approval and when the ad is live. You will always receive the full 30 days.
Campaign Approved / Go-Live
Once your campaign passes the creative acceptance review, it will be live within 72 hours (typically much sooner).
I purchased an ad, but it doesn't appear on the website.
Check your status in the Campaign Tracker with your Campaign ID. Your ad appears on the site only when status is Campaign Live.
- High site volume makes it difficult to spot your own ad; if the Campaign Tracker shows impressions & clicks greater than zero, your ad is live.
- Verify you're viewing the correct category and location that match your campaign targets.
- Disable ad blockers in your browser.
- If you still believe your ad isn't appearing, please log a support ticket.
Sometimes other ads appear where mine should be. Why?
Many placements rotate multiple ads. You'll still receive the impressions estimated for the space, but your ad won't appear on every page view.
Can I reserve/schedule an ad for a future launch?
Ads aren't scheduled in advance. All campaigns are 30-day fixed-price and go live after approval.
Campaign Complete
Your campaign completes when the entire budget is consumed and all impressions are served.
Can I stop or cancel my campaign early?
In some cases you can request an early stop. Refunds aren't available after a campaign has started. See Billing → Refunds for details.
