What is the Agent Upgrade package?
The Agent Upgrade (forfait de placement premium) is a bundled feature package designed to maximize the visibility of your Kijiji real estate listing. For 4 weeks, your listing receives Daily bumps, Highlighting, Featured placement, and Top ad spot positioning.

What types of listings are eligible for the Agent Upgrade?
The Agent Upgrade is exclusively available to REALTOR.ca members upgrading their listings on Kijiji.ca. It applies to all active properties listed for sale or for rent that are available through the DDF® data feed.
How do I create an account or log in?
You do not need to create a new Kijiji account. Simply log in using your REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. This securely connects your profile and automatically pulls your active inventory directly from the DDF® data feed.
What information is shared when I sign in with REALTOR.ca SSO?
By signing in with REALTOR.ca SSO, you consent to the sharing of certain profile information with Kijiji for the purposes of verifying your membership with REALTOR.ca and enabling access to, and facilitating, listing upgrade features. Kijiji will use this information in accordance with its privacy policy.
REALTOR.ca and Kijiji are separate and independent companies, and REALTOR.ca does not control Kijiji's platform or services or endorse any products or services offered by Kijiji. Any purchases are made directly with Kijiji and are subject to its terms.
REALTOR.ca may receive a referral fee from Kijiji if you purchase listing upgrades through this program; this does not affect the price you pay.
How long until my listings appear in the tool?
Listings are synced from the DDF® data feed and typically appear within 24 hours. If a listing is live on REALTOR.ca but not yet visible in the tool, it hasn't been synced yet — check back within 24 hours.
Why is my listing marked as Pending or showing an error?
Listings may be pending due to standard syncing delays from the DDF® data feed, or because they are missing mandatory data such as a postal code. You can click on the flagged listing in your dashboard to preview the issue. The missing information must be corrected directly on REALTOR.ca. You can still purchase an upgrade for a pending ad and it will be applied as soon as the listing goes live.
Do I need to upload photos or design a banner ad?
No. Unlike standard display banners, the Agent Upgrade requires no creative design or graphic uploads. We automatically use the photos and listing details already provided in your DDF® data feed.
How do I track the performance of my upgraded listing?
Performance statistics for your Kijiji listing — including Views and Email Leads — are delivered to your REALTOR.ca dashboard through the REALTOR.ca DDF®. Log in to your REALTOR.ca dashboard to view your stats.
Can I renew my upgrade after 4 weeks?
Yes. As long as your listing is still live on REALTOR.ca and available through the DDF® data feed, you can purchase a new upgrade for the same listing at any time.
What happens if my listing is removed from REALTOR.ca while an upgrade is active?
The upgrade remains active and continues to run until the listing is taken down by REALTOR.ca. Once the listing is removed from the DDF® data feed, the upgrade will no longer apply.

General Help
For billing support, log in with your REALTOR.ca Single Sign-On credentials and click Support in the menu. All inquiries are responded to within 2 business days.
How much does the Agent Upgrade cost?
The upgrade is a flat rate of $199.99 CAD per listing, plus applicable HST/GST. It runs for exactly 4 weeks and does not use impression-based budgeting.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is only charged when the upgrade is successfully applied to your live ad on Kijiji. If you purchase an upgrade for a listing that is currently pending and not yet live on Kijiji, the order is queued and the card is not charged until the listing successfully publishes.
Can I upgrade multiple listings?
Yes. You can purchase upgrades for multiple listings in a single session. Each listing is charged separately at $199.99 CAD + applicable HST/GST. Note that only one upgrade may be purchased per listing per month.
How do I get a receipt or invoice?
You will receive an email receipt after your card is charged. You can also view your full purchase history directly in your Agent Upgrade dashboard.
Will I be notified when my upgrade is about to expire?
Yes. You will receive an email notification with a reminder to renew before your upgrade expires, provided your listing is still active on REALTOR.ca.
Payment Methods
Only the payment methods listed here are accepted. You are not charged until the upgrade has been successfully applied to your live listing.

We accept most major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Accepted cards are displayed during checkout.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show GSI Solutions Inc. as the charge descriptor.
I'm receiving an error with my credit card.
If the error isn't directly related to our system, please contact your card provider for resolution. Using an alternate card or payment method often resolves issues more quickly.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Because the Agent Upgrade is applied automatically and in real time to your live listing, all purchases are considered final once the upgrade is successfully activated. Refunds are not available.
Can I get a refund if my listing sells or is delisted?
No. Refunds are not issued for listings that sell or are removed from Kijiji or the DDF® data feed after an upgrade has been activated.
